Remote access to various Town Meetings is provided by using Zoom software. You can join the meeting through Zoom on your computer or cell phone.
If you have not used Zoom before, you are encouraged to download the software and try it out prior to the meeting. There is no cost associated with the software or attending the meeting.
You can also join the meeting through the audio only via telephone. Depending on your carrier, long distance charges may apply.

FOR HARD-OF-HEARING INDIVIDUALS:
Please DOWNLOAD the Zoom software application onto your computer or mobile device. From there, once you join a meeting, navigate to the settings and turn on Closed Captions. Select English as your language.
Closed Captions ONLY work on the Zoom app, they DO NOT work on the Zoom web browser version. The Town of Edenton has tested these captions and we have found them to be generally accurate and suitable for meetings.
